Processing and destinations

We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping costs

United States: shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. United Kingdom: standard shipping is £4.95 per order. All shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery

Standard transit usually takes 6–12 business days after dispatch, approximately 7–15 business days including processing. Dates are estimates; customs, busy periods and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

Tracking and addresses

We email tracking after dispatch. Allow 1–3 business days for tracking to activate. Check your email and address at checkout; report corrections promptly. Reshipment for an incorrect or incomplete address is not included.

Missing parcels

If delivery is overdue, email phontnguyen@yahoo.com. For a parcel marked delivered, check your property and neighbours, allow 1–2 days, and contact us within 7 days. We investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
