90-day returns

You may request a return within 90 days after delivery for a refund of the returned product.

Arrange your return

Email phontnguyen@yahoo.com with your order number. Returns go to our fulfilment centre in China; email us for approval and the exact address before sending anything. The business contact address is not a return warehouse.

Return condition and postage

Return products in their original condition, with packaging where possible. Customers pay postage for change-of-mind returns. Use tracked shipping and keep your receipt. Misuse, alterations or tampering are excluded from this voluntary return offer.

Refunds

After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.

Faulty or damaged deliveries

Contact us within 14 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund without extra cost. These reporting periods and conditions do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
